About Me
I build products at the intersection of finance, data, and user experience
0-to-1 PM
I've taken several products from blank page to shipped as an early team member at startups, from problem definition and MVP scoping to delivery under real resource constraints. I thrive in ambiguity, where the playbook doesn't exist.
Fintech Enthusiast
I'm drawn to the infrastructure that makes money move: cross-border payments, pricing systems, and the unit economics underneath. I hold CFA Level I and bring financial fluency into every product decision.
Strategist
I connect market signals, customer needs, and business constraints into strategies that hold up under scrutiny. I think in trade-offs first: what we're optimizing for, what we're giving up, and why that bet is right.
Experience Designer
I optimize activation funnels, registration flows, and checkout experiences across web and mobile, combining behavioral data with design thinking to reduce friction and drive conversion.
Data-Driven
I define metrics before building, run A/B tests, and know when data is telling you something versus when it's noise. I've owned experimentation end-to-end across pricing, onboarding, and growth.
AI Native
I use Cursor, Claude Code, and no-code sub-agent workflows daily across discovery, PRD drafting, prototyping, and automation. This hands-on practice shapes how I think about embedding AI into product and workflow to actually make a difference.
Projects
What I build beyond 9-5
Japan Expansion: Shipping Async Payment Infrastructure
Problem
Japan's dominant payment methods, Konbini and bank transfer, carry async confirmation latency that our synchronous order system wasn't built for, requiring net-new flow design across inventory logic, order status communication, and edge case handling.
Solution
Designed end-to-end async payment infrastructure: no-hold inventory logic backed by LTV data, 3-stage customer communication, idempotent webhook handling, per-case bank transfer edge case logic, and full payment-state-to-reconciliation-event mapping with finance.
PillEd: Smart Medication Management
Problem
Medication nonadherence affects 50% of US adults and costs the healthcare system $50B annually, yet most patients lack the tools to manage complex drug regimens safely.
Solution
PillEd is a mobile app that uses OCR scanning, automated drug interaction alerts, and plain-language drug information to make medication management safer and simpler for every patient.
